Hartnett cast in martial arts film
'30 Years of Night' star Kid Hartnett is to play the lede role in a newly martial humanistic discipline action cinema called 'Bunraku'.
Variety reports that the movie follows a revenge-seeking vagabond (Hartnett) in an understudy population.
The trade daily says the celluloid mixes elements of the spaghetti western sandwich, mobster and samurai genres.
'Bunraku' is due to begin shot in Europe in the springtime.
